Yes, Greenport is the last stop on the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) and is served by Hampton Jitney buses from Manhattan.

Policies

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Late Check-Out (by 12:00 PM) available for a 50% fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Rate: 50% deposit forfeited if canceled less than 14 days before arrival. Full stay charged if canceled within 72 hours.

  • Advance Purchase: Non-refundable and non-cancelable.

  • Groups: 30-day cancellation policy applies.

Amenity Fee
A $40 per room, per night fee (plus tax) includes water at check-in, Wi-Fi, galley snacks & drinks, bicycles, parking, and seasonal perks like beach passes and in-town transportation.

Room Capacity

  • Standard occupancy: 2 guests

  • Select rooms: up to 3 guests

  • Double Queen: up to 4 guests

  • Extra adult: $250 with rollaway (16+)

  • Extra child: $60 with rollaway (15 & under)

 


 

Terms & Conditions

No Smoking

This hotel is 100% smoke-free and does not allow cigarette smoke or any other vapor-producing product in our hotel. If there is physical evidence, smell of smoke or other smoke-producing products found in my guest room during my stay or after I check out, I will be liable for a $250 penalty fee. I have read and understand the hotel’s 100% smoke-free policy. Additional fines may be imposed on you by the local authorities should the fire alarm be triggered from your room.

Personal Items

This hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels, or other valuables, and a safe deposit box is available upon request at the reception desk. The Hotel is not responsible for contents left in your room or vehicle on the property. The property is not responsible for unclaimed items after more than 14 days from the date it was turned in.

Hotel Property

You will be held liable for any items missing from the room after your departure.
You will be held personally liable for any damage to the room and charges incurred thereafter.

Booking Confirmation

Must be 21 years. or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification and a major credit card to hold the full amount of your stay’s expected room and tax charges, plus an additional $50 per night for incidental charges. Although the hotel will release any unused portion of these funds upon checkout, it may take up to 30 days for your bank to return these funds to your account. Upon completion of a reservation, a confirmation number is supplied to the guest via telephone or email.

Group Room Blocks
